I reseted my shadow pc and now it’s still saying your shadow needs a little more time to get started please wait a moment. It’s been like this for an hour.

If it's not this exact way, you blew out the streaming components that let you connect to your Shadow. That would make it stick like that.

I reset it through the settings in shadow pc like I would my pc
When I try to reset through online it says try again later or contact support

Yeah. The prerequisites for the reset are that the VM has to be shutdown. Sorry, been at work
