I'm trying to increase my storage from 512GB but when i try to on the Shadow website its not working, Can anyone assist please ? (wont let me drag to increase storage, Please refer to image below )

Support is not open weekends, sadly, but they will get to you if you have an open ticket. You can open a ticket either by #support-ticket or via your account page

If you change, try using another browser, removing the cache, etc. It's the same, so it means, it's really their problem, so I hope too they'll fix it, so you'll have more extra storage.
