Like literraly.
I purchased the plan for 33€ yesterday, and today i want to try it and play GTA 5.
I have like 5 to 10 FPS maximum when i play, and there is no issue on my end (i have a 2300mb/s ethernet speedtest, a good computer etc etc) What's wrong with this product ?? Even if i just want to open some browser, there is issues!

(also everytime i restart it, my resolution is 800x600 ... while both of my monitor are 2k)
