Please help me, im continuing crashing, im almost done with shadow

If you're after Community Assistance you will need to provide more details https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1210660461457051758, which shadow plan, which games, any errors on crashes? Does this occur over multiple boots of Shadow. Even then there's only so much other users can do to help.

game, rainbow six continue crashing even at the lowest settings and the pc is lagging every second, to go to steam it took my 5 mintues because my arrow of the mouse was lagging so much

Have you updated Windows ? (well as far as it will go stopping at changing to Win 11)
Have you updated GPU drivers?

i have win11 and when i try to go to download nvidia drivers it bug every time, so i cannot install it

Go to Device Manager > Display Adaptors. Screenshot what is shown.

Okay so GPU is properly attached so that's good.

Which drivers are you trying to install when it bugs out?

Also you've not confirmed where you Shadow is, just where you're located.

Datacentre location is listed on your Shadow account webpage, within the VM management, click the VM and it will show.

it says installed, but sometimes it comes new drivers, i click install and nothing happens
