Okay so the Dedicated GPU for your plan is having issues. Shutdown the Shadow fully for at least 15 mins and check again. If still isn't listed, please open a ticket with Shadow Support.

As in Windows>Shutdown.. Once it says Shadow is off again, close app and wait 15 mins.
