Hello! Alright so i was unaware that i had a payment due today and i thought it had to be paid around the 15th of july. I bought a Neo Shadow PC 10 before it put my account on hold and i was wondering if there was any way i could use thw shadow PC i spent 40$ on? Because im unable to use it because i have to pay my shadow subscription that i didn’t know was coming up /: is there any way i could get a refund for neo? Is there any way i could cancel or delete the other subscription i have that’s unpaid so that i could use the Neo Shadow PC? Please i need help 😦

You can always just let the unpaid one go unpaid and it will terminate after 7 days. Currently if you have an unpaid VM and a paid VM under the same user it causes neither to be usable. So with that you can revoke user access on the unpaid one.
Outside of that advise, you would need to contact Shadow Support for anything billing/account related.
