Hello, my shadow pc keeps crashing or closing randomly. Example: if i stay afk in a game to grind some money. i come back in a hour then its closed. even if i let it open and play like a youtube video on the background. keeps crashing all the time.

Shadow has an idle shutdown system. The VM isn't mean to stay on all the time.
For that, there's an add-on for Pro plans, which is called Always On. And yes, it costs more than 150$ depending on the plan.

so its normal that it shuts down? even if i keep like playing youtube and other thuings? other solutions? i am on a budget really so if there are any other solutions ur welcome

Yes, if there's no inputs (mouse movement, keyboard usage, etc), the idle timer will shutdown the VM.
To keep the service at this price, this measure is necessary to not cause excessive costs and make VMs available for other users.
Any attempt to bypass this restriction will soon cause account suspension/ban.
