Romania is not a supported country for the Shadow Service.

Your latency to the nearest datacentre will be sub optimal.

I cannot recommend ordering Shadow, but if you were going to, you’d need to order via the German store for the Frankfurt datacentre.

Bear in mind due to be in unsupported country it literally means no Support from Shadow and there’s no refund and as per ToS the subscription can be terminated.
