Unfortunately no. Only Shadow Support can deal with it.
You mention you've opened tickets over the week, when? Also what's the case ID? - I can forward this on to Support staff to check tomorrow.

So you waited till the last moment to open them.
They won't have replied cause it can sometimes be upto 72hr response and support are closed on the weekend.
I assumed you opened them on like Monday/Tuesday.
I was busy with work yes i did at the end of the week.
But usually I get very quick answers from them.
