Whenever anyone in my house is doing anything involving the internet shadow PC has insane latency. Like thousands of MS of delay latency. I know my internet is good but is there a setting that’ll make it work.

reducing bitrate in shadow app, use direct ethernet connection to router

if bandwidth is not sufficient for the household usage, increase your ISP package to something more relevant if possible.
