Have you shutdown the shadow since order?

How long for?
for like 5 mins
If the app changed to Shadow is off, and it's been left for at least 10 mins, while the extra strorage is showing on your account webpage. You'll have to contact Shadow support.
it does also mention
"If Shadow PC is still running, shut it down and wait 1 to 2 hours before starting Shadow PC again"
