Title says it all. I’ve tried across multiple devices Liz. Tried “repair my ShadowPC” via the macOS app. Won’t launch on anything. Same error code. Occasionally a g-100 if I attempt to restart or shutdown the machine from the mobile or AppleTv app.

What is going on? I’ve had this service for years and in the last month things have gone so far down hill regarding stable connections, wait times, and now this.

Submitted a ticket roughly 24 hours ago and no response. Anyone have a solution?

Unfortunately support are closed during the weekends, out of curiosity, who's your ISP?

L-202 says system overloaded.

But seems odd to have that for such a long time, usually this would display when some servers are offline for some reason and it's peak hours.

What I think It could be that the bad weather what happened these days has caused a lot of damage to the internet connection as on Comcast/Xfinity which had an outage (so their fault) causing no connection to Shadow via ivp6 connection. Making the connection very unstable on east area.

I turned on Shadow up to 8 hours ago, but being in Europe, the Fiber connection was practically smooth, apart of R-628 error the first 20 minutes, but I saw, it was the issue on my side, since my connection surprisingly had switched to the slow connection, with Windows in the background downloading the updates then unplugged and replugged the connection and problem solved.

@amber coral I am not with Xfinity. Using t-mobile network for both mobile and home internet.

I’ve had zero luck launching so far.
