Hi, I wanted to create a shadow server, but I have a problem. I am in Egypt, and this is not supported in my region. What country should I choose to be able to play without lag?0

None, it's unsupported due to being unoptimal.
Latency will always be present, no matter the distance, but the further the distance the higher the latency and higher chance of latency spikes and packet loss.

I cannot recommend any.
All I can say is that the Shadow datacentres are in Dunkirk and Stasbourg, France and Frankfurt, Germany.
Also bare this in mind as per Tos
"The Services are available in the countries mentioned on the Websites only.
The Shadow® remote computer may be accessed worldwide, provided the User has access to
a Third-Party Terminal connected to the Internet. However, the distance between the User and
the SHADOW data centres, where the servers are located, could affect the quality of the Services,
as a result of the additional time required to send the data between the User's terminals and the
server.
If the User lives outside a country where Shadow® is officially sold, SHADOW shall not be liable
for the proper functioning of Shadow®. Furthermore, SHADOW reserves the right to
automatically suspend or cancel the User's subscription."

So if I chose the United States, will it be laggy? Or, for example, the United Kingdom, it will be laggy. But if I chose Germany, it will not be that laggy.
I don't know; I want to play Shadow PC, but it's not supported in my region, and I guess it will not be forever. So, I have to choose a country to play from, but I want something to be less laggy because I will be playing AAA games.

As Pip shared above, the ToS mentions...

What do you mean by suspending my subscription? If that happens, why will it be? If that happens, can I get my money back, or will they refund it for me after suspending the subscription?
