i got 5T of storage 24th of last month and still don't have it i contacted support and they sent me a help page for it https://support.shadow.tech/hc/en-us/articles/32731838140177-My-amount-of-storage-should-have-changed-but-it-is-not-appearing-on-my-Shadow-PC and i cant seem to do the extend volume part and i think it says i have 5T on disk management but it doesn't say that on file explorer

Top half of disk management still says 2.5TB. Doesn’t match the bottom. Go back to support with these findings.

Do you have anything in your additional storage? Or is it blank/able to be deleted?

First thought is to backup any important files, delete and recreate the partition.
