Hi, I bought Shadow on 13/4/2025 so the next billing date will be 13/5/2025, problem is that I won't have money on my credit card at that date (13/5/2025).
How much time does Shadow give you to pay your invoice before they suspend the service?
Upon unsuccessful payment a 7 day grace period is triggered before deletion of the Shadow VM. However during this time access is not possible.
If you need to move the billing date, contact support.
