ive been trying to switch it to official version on my pc and even trying on my phone but nothing is working what do i do

What happens when do try? Fails? Get's stuck on 0%?

it stays on 0% for 10 minutes and puts me back on this screen

and when i click it again nothing happens

ive tried it three times and it still didnt work i reached out to support about it

Click back, go to the help section > (?) you'll see the button.. Ohh it didn't work.. Hmm weird.. yeah support are the best option then.
