You will need to reach out to Shadow Support.
All we can do as a community is theorise what might be the issue. For example does the VM Plan say Neo Boost? When did you reset, was that part of the upgrade process or manual?
It does not say Neo Boost, i reset like 1 hour ago, and now im trying to fix the shadow pc installer, and what do you mean by manual?
As in did it tell you a reset would be required to move over to Neo Boost or did you initialise the reset and if you did, how long after the upgrade order did you do this?
Generally with upgrades they take about 10-15 mins for hardware change (with the Shadow shutdown)
Also as it does not say Neo Boost as your plan. I would assume something with the upgrade order went wrong.

Doesn't mean something can't go wrong does it though.
