i just buy an subscription on shadow on the website i had to wait an hour for my shadow to arrive , when i came back i had to relog bcs my laptop was in black screen mode , but when i try to relog it log me on another account , not the first one where i buy my shadow service, i need help to first find a way to relog on my first account to cancel my subsription

i just want a way to log on the first account created to cancel my subscription but the problem is that its the same adress mail used forc those 2 account how can could i log on the first one than?
