I sent in 2 tickets in the past 2 days to get help with my subscription to Shadow PC
I meant to upgrade my current boost to power. And mistaking just bought a new power subscription instead. I have not received any help with the matter through support.
What I need help with
I need help with either a refund to that power subscription so that I may continue upgrade my current one. Or however this can be handled. If anyone can get back to me as I have a whole other subscription for no reason at the moment.
Please and thank you. I don’t mean to be a bother. Just want the nice upgrade to make sense.
