I'm writing regarding an urgent connection issue with my Shadow PC . I accidentally enabled Cloudflare WARP (VPN) on my Shadow PC, and now I'm completely unable to connect to it as the VPN activates automatically on startup.
Here are my account and VM details:
- Subscription: Shadow PC - Power (updating to Boost on 05/19/2025)
- Storage: 512 GB
- Datacenter: CAMTL01 (Montreal, CA)
The specific issue is that Cloudflare WARP is starting automatically when my Shadow PC boots up, and this is preventing me from establishing a connection to my VM. Each time I try to connect, I'm unable to establish a connection, presumably because the VPN is interfering with Shadow's networking requirements.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance with any of the following solutions:
- Remote access to disable Cloudflare WARP from startup
- Instructions for accessing my Shadow PC in safe mode or with networking disabled
- A network reset for my VM that would remove or disable the VPN configuration
