I've booted up my Shadow tonight to be greeted with all of my desktop icon names and files have changed to symbols? when I right-click, the options show symbols too, and my taskbar is the same. Everything that isnt actively on my desktop is in English.
The issue does happen on my other devices, it is present on different networks, It is not connected to a game or app.
