using native or USB forward in Shadow ?

#

test if all buttons/axis/triggers works

#

then click copy mapping and paste it here

#

no

#

it's not reconignized by default ?

#

if you press buttons/etc it's detected, all axis and triggers ?

#

ok then copy mapping string button and paste it here

#

it's detected as Xinput

#

not as the actual gamepad

#

that means you most likely use/have installed a third party app

#

on local

#

you didn't run the app on shadow right ? :p

#

well, show me your local machine device manager screenshot with game controller unfolded

#

check if you have installed/running some third party app (ex: DS4windows/XOuput/Xbox 360 Controller emulator/Parsec/.....)

#

...ReWASD, also you don't start your local Shadow client from steam ?

#

if you don't start shadow as non-steam game, no issue

#

show me screenshots, easier

#

on shadow your latency is above 35ms ?

#

can you unfold Human Interface Device and sound video and game controllers and take a screenshot (in device manager)

#

ok, does your gamepad has a button to change mode ? (ex: Android/Mac/PC/Xbox...)

#

or give me your gamepad exact model so I can check

#

there's like 100 models of PDP, need more details please

#

you installed the PDP control hub app or not ?

#
#

is it recognized ? is there a firmware update to do ?

#

if it was working, something must have changed either on your shadow or local machine, but I can't tell you what is it... have you installed something on shadow ? changed an option in shadow settings ? like ticked PS3 emulation or something ?

#

well you can try last option and add shadow launcher as non-steam game, and start it from steam

#

if it doesn't work still, I don't know, maybe factory reset...
