can you run on your local machine : https://generalarcade.com/gamepadtool/
test if all buttons/axis/triggers works
then click copy mapping and paste it here
no
it's not reconignized by default ?
if you press buttons/etc it's detected, all axis and triggers ?
ok then copy mapping string button and paste it here
it's detected as Xinput
not as the actual gamepad
that means you most likely use/have installed a third party app

check if you have installed/running some third party app (ex: DS4windows/XOuput/Xbox 360 Controller emulator/Parsec/.....)

on shadow, if open a web browser on https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad, all works but triggers ?
well you can try last option and add shadow launcher as non-steam game, and start it from steam
if it doesn't work still, I don't know, maybe factory reset...
