So my shadow is not supporting my game as in gta when I’m playing gta fivem im getting round 12 to 20 fps which is bad bad

When I’m in game. When the game on the menu it’s 230 fps when I enter the game it drops goes to 12- 30 an lags

It’s the only game I have on the shadow

Install another game and see how that is.

the interesting part was maybe the red square I think, could be it's just no longer using hardware GPU, explaining performance issue. Menus and Cut-scenes are pre-rendered, so it doesn't mean much FPS wise...

you can open support ticket for further analysis or just factory reset your shadow and try again

could be just your FiveM server is not optimized, FiveM also runs better on neo boost/power tier

It's quite literally the weakest option, it's a cut in half Boost plan.. Which in itself is weak.. Hence the upcoming Neo Boost upgrade.

So you'll want to upgrade to Boost and then enter Neo Boost early access for any sort of proper gaming. Or go to Power. All depends on your location (Neo Boost early access is in Dunkirk (FRDUN02) only) and budget.

If having at least 16GB RAM is a must, then Power (which has 28GB)

You can always go to Boost to try that and then if not the performance you want, go to Power. Each time you'll just pay the difference, till your renewal ofc which will be the full cost.
