Okay yes.. So those connecting to that datacentre with Xfinity are having issues. In the last several hours.

It's being investigated though, all I can suggest is contacting Shadow support via #support-ticket Including that you're one of those connecting to USWDC01 with XFinity.

Response times should be back to their normal now. A few weeks ago it was within 72hr. But they do respond, even if it takes a while. So no idea why they wouldn't with you.
i hope soon man.. tis is bad for business i have a whole paper i have to finish for school, i just dont understand how it can randonly stop working
Complex systems, complex issues.
Hoping for at least some explanation from Shadow themselves to be able to share with people, would be nice if the Status site at least reflected that an issue is being investigated, even if there's no ETA on a solution, just that one is being looked at.

I was having problems with my shadow and I went to where it says help and clicked on repair my shadow pc.. and since yesterday it hasn't opened and is stuck on uptadating
@static falcon I already opened the ticket, they already asked me to open it on the PC, on the smartphone in beta it's the same

Disable IPV6 seems to be a "solution" for now.

But be sure to also have ticket open with Shadow Support.
Means update failed, keep hitting retry.
Clicking continue will as it says but you in a mode with certain features disabled.
If you press continue it will enter but with a degraded environment. no access to camera commands etc.

Its down right now for ppl in north America and using certain internet providers
