the crazy part if random customers are way more helpful than tech support which is wild to me. this fixed it instantly. the tech support simply said we will need to reset and delete your pc to fix. no workarounds or options. said shadows wasnt this bad years ago with support at least communicated properly. i am still in disbelief. all that said you are a legend forever. thank you.
