I have been having the same issue also. Shadow starts loading and then disconnects stating that shadow is off

Mine has also been down for the past two days today is day 3. I have reset uninstall updated everything on my computer checked internet connections everything I can think of.. 🥺

As mentioned with the #🔧┃known-issues post, the issue is when the connection is made via IPv6 when using XFinity.

If you’re able to turn off IPv6 on your device then you can connect.

Unfortunately not all devices can disable IPv6. It’s possible on Windows and MacOS. For others, if you have access to a VPN that will work.

Make sure to have a ticket open with shadow support and Comcast/Xfinity.

I haven't got a clue, it's on XFinity, some have already said IPv6 works fine for them again, so I guess it depends on the area.
