I just subscribed to shadow PC. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for it until the PC was delivered however it’s going way longer than an hour which they initially said that it would take for that to happen and I’ve gotten nothing. Is this something I’ve done wrong. I don’t know what’s going on.

1hr is an estimation, it can sometimes take longer. Saw this last weekend when it took several hours. I assume the VM Status is Creating?
