#Issues when upgrading plan

Been trying to get a hold of somebody from support.

When I upgraded from Boost to Power plan and paid the difference. My status got turned to “stopped” and I have no received any confirmation email that my shadow pc is available to use. It’s been just about 24 hours with no updates.

Has anyone else had this problem when upgrading from boost to power?

Doing upgrades you don't get confirmation email, not that I know of. Have you booted up to check if the hardware has changed?

Is it still possible to have my data centre changed? I picked Montreal but I guess because of my address in New York it automatically made Washington my data centre

You'd have to contact Shadow Support for that. Maybe Washington DC is better though ?

Getting 60 ms with Washington and 30ms with Montreal
