Didn’t know why it started acting up so I rest my shadows now it’s giving me this when I try to start it up

Have you started a reset? If yes you have to wait up to 40 minutes till it's over. When there's no active reset ongoing then you have to open a ticket via website

But when you made a reset like it's said in subject then the G-468 goes away when it's done
