It's been like this since February, I can't cancel my subscription because it says "interrupted"...but they still took the money for the month of March.

There’s a long response time at the moment, which is why the original one hadn’t been answered, but equally opening multiple I believe voids the other. But I guess without them communicating the current potential wait time, opening another is a normal reaction. Anyways, someone should have a look into it and reply soon enough.

By the way, "Interrupted" has nothing to do with your ability to cancel the Shadow PC subscription. That's the status of your Shadow PC. If your Shaodw PC is off, it will appear this way.

@lunar sable sorry, now everything is okay. I found the option to cancel my subscription. It was at the end of the page, from the mobile version of the phone it was not visible. @foggy meteor Thanks for your clarification about "interrupted". So I looked further.

@foggy meteor Yes, I thought that "interrotto" was referred to the subscription. I couldn't read this because was at the end of the page 🙈 ...Yes, you could write "off" in italian "spento" ...so it will be clearer

@foggy meteor you can inform Shadow the case is closed. Only that I would a refund, if it's possible, because I didn't want the subscription on this month, and I'm not using Shadow ! please ! 🤷‍♂️

I can't really negotiate a refund on your behalf unfortunately because I'm here to manage Discord and not Support tickets. We can't help with account-related issues on Discord for this reason.

But you can still make your case to Support and let them know that the status caused some confusion and ask for a refund .
