Even after i refreshed it no refund was given back and the pc didn’t even appear in my account

Uncaptured payment returns aren't instantaneous. Processors generally take 5-7 days. You can open a support ticket via #support-ticket or your Shadow account page to get some more information on why the payment failed to capture. Usually it's a minor issue like AVS failing.
