For some reason, every other PC app (beta, alpha) works but not stable. I click on stable and it appears in taskbar and just closes itself automatically, but the other two work just fine. I want to be able to use stable because I've not had good luck with the alpha and beta apps. Tried reinstalling, did not work.

No clue really, other than making sure to delete all Shadow related folders once you've uninstalled it.. AppData etc if you're on Windows. Then restart, reinstall via fresh downloaded installer (delete which other one you have)
If you are on windows once uninstalled :
They can be found in C > Users > "Username" for the .Shadow folder and then also C > Users > "Username" > AppData > Roaming there will be shadow folders.
