#For How long I can suspend my Shadow PC before it's deleted?

It says it all really, I wonder if I can safely suspend my Shadow PC (not pay, because I'm low on funds for instance) for a month or will it get "Deleted", and if I CAN suspend it than for how long?

You cannot manually suspend a shadow subscription.

When payment is missed, there’s a grace period of 6-7 days to pay (without access) before the data is deleted.
