I've been trying for about an hour, but everytime. Whether i try on my phone or laptop I get the same error,"something went wrong. We are unable to retrieve the list of available plans at this time" no clue what's going on havent seen much besides one reddit post about it which was months ago.

Just ask support to change the plan for you, I had a similar issue before. Fixing the error seems a bit too complex.

Support are closed during the weekends.
Response times were quite long this week, so might be anytime between Mon-Weds before replied to.

Thanks I’ll have to wait I guess, they shouldn’t offer and upgrade feature if it doesn’t work though… Thursday issue started messaged an no response but if I miss a payment they expect me to be faster then the flash at responding 😂 great customer values 👍
