From what I can tell from a quick search on Discord. Restarting Shadow should solve it, if not shutdown for at least 10 mins. If the app asks you about the experience, rate it low and put that there was this issue with the stream, I believe it can occur when the VM attaches to faulty hardware.

Not just closing the app.. Fully shutting down the Shadow windows.
