#Cannot login wirh Shadow app on Windows

make sure your local windows has "Set time automatically" option ticked and date & time is accurate
Should all be good it is a laptop from my Company.
I also cannot connect to my shadow pc from the web launcher
Chances are your work have put blocks in place. But best to check the time sync anyways.

Well that's not a good sign.
I would say you're unable to use Shadow on this laptop.
Are you the admin?
yes I am admin, and the last sync was half an hour ago
but I dont want to change any admin settings
What does this look like for you?
Oh it goes grey when it has been synched recently.
Only other thing I can think of is to run the Shadow app "as admin"

Clicking the log in is meant to open up browser to log in.
But the fact that the Web App also isn't working, could be it's blocked in firewall or other means.
What does the yellow text say?

seems so, startet shadow app as admin, no change
nothing happens when pressing login button
dang, shadow pc was the only option to play minecraft via cloud gaming with my son..
have to think about buying a laptop myself..
