#Interrupted status

Hi, I just bought a subscription for shadow pc and it’s been downloading and the status just keeps saying interrupted. After the first time I reset the pc and tried again but still not working… can anybody help?

Never heard of Interupted as a VM status, please contact Shadow Support.
