I have the same thing. My shadow launcher and browser loading stops halfway through, nothing helps.
what did you press?
I see you tagged the volunteer moderation team. Who have no insight or ability to help with your shadow account because we keep the peace. How can we as volunteer peace keepers provide moderation assistance?
Deleted that image for personal data visible.
Can you stop the VM?
little power button, top right?
Power button say it gonna turn it off but it stay on
It requests the VM to stop. Can take a few minutes, and it doesn't auto-refresh, you have to refresh the page to see the new status.
When it does, status should show stopped.
So you clicked reset already?

Sweet. It can take a while to wipe and reprovision the disk. It'll go back to stopped status when it finishes.

Then you can open a client and give it a go and see if a fresh install gets you going again. Luckily it's not too bad to reinstall games.
How can I recover the files?
what kind of service is this that in any lag deletes everything completely, this is the solution))

I saw this on February 2nd
at 10:00 CET, that is, in 8 hours and 10 minutes.
OP reset their VM which will trigger an A/G-468/maintenance code. Just waiting on that to complete so they can try again.

It is my business, you're posting in Community Help posts... You must follow the rules, to which Moderators enforce these rules.
They wrote to me today, but nothing has changed. That's why I'm duplicating, what don't you understand?
You need to simply reply to the email that what they have done did not help, it literally states "Let me know how it all goes and if you have any further questions!"
