So my shadow pc has been “updating” for days now. It stays on the updating screen the progress thing doesn’t move what so ever I’ve tried using WiFi I’ve tried data . I even tried asking a few friends I trust to update it for me it’s like it’s broken. I need help to fix it

Like I pay a lot of money to use it and I haven’t been able to so I’m conflicted on renewing my subscription

Till its shuts off randomly it freezes
