Why do all games open only with the processor? The GPU always stays at 5% and no matter how much I restart Shadow, no game uses the GPU

it's normal, shadow use nvenc hardware encoder component, which account has general GPU usage, windows also uses tiny bit of GPU

The problem is that the performance of the games has dropped to such an extent that in minecraft it does not rise above 5fps (fortnite does not even start it), yesterday everything was fine, today no game wants to start with the GPU
