Hello. Every few minutes my stream freezes randomly and i need to restart streaming everytime it freezes

As mentioned previously;

"include as much details as possible, screenshots of Shadow quickmenu stats, traceroutes to and from Shadow to local and someone might be able to point out where the issue is."

How to i do traceroutes

Ping Shadow public IP while on local machine
Ping local public IP while on Shadow

You can do this in applications such as Pingplotter.
