Hello all
Some of my USB game controllers, such as the Thrustmaster TPR Rudder Pedals, Bravo Throttle Quadrant and Alpha Flight Controls (highlighted in red in the attached images), fail to install on my Shadow cloud PC. They appear in Windows Device Manager as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)."
These devices are correctly forwarded in the Shadow app and work perfectly on my local PC. However, they are not recognized properly on the cloud PC. Other devices, like the L-VPC Stick WarBRD, install and function without issues.
Can you help me investigate this issue, are there any recommendations or ideas anyone can share to solve this?
