I use moonlight to stream my gameplay since the client is overall awful for the stream, and I keep the client open in the background on minimal settings so it does not shut down my connection. Yet recently, the client consistently forces itself into the foreground. This will happen regardless of if I am using moonlight and am doing something on my computer where the shadow client is tabbed out and not in focus.

is there any way to circumvent this, as my network is perfectly fine and clearly i only need the client to use my shadow pc and keep it on? (also the client is just worse video quality and responsiveness overall to answer your question)

No, you can't disable this. Any details you can share of your local setup that could explain this performance/quality difference ? CPU/GPU(s) brand and model and local operating system ?
