My Shadow has green and black spots on the screen, as well as dots that appear, mainly on still images.
I recently moved, so I wasn’t sure if these issues could be related to the new connection, but after several tests, it doesn’t seem to be the case.
I’m reaching out to you to find a solution...

you get a new shadow hardware (CPU/GPU/RAM) each time you shutdown windows and start it again
if it happens after a power cycle, it's most likely a local machine issue or network issue
packet loss can create that kind of issue, bad/out of order/corrupted network packet could be sent directly to video decoder and create this
you can also restart stream (win+alt+r) and it could fix the visual artefacts
