Hi. When your Shadow subscription is still active then it isn't possible. When your subscription isn't active anymore and it's not possible then please open a #support-ticket

and it is possible to delete it before the end of the subscription my subscription ends on the 30th ?

because I took it for a friend for 1 month initially but I forgot to remove my card so it credited me with another one so that's why I want to remove it as soon as possible
