Well I assume you mean the IP address on your Shadow is showing Portland.. Now, is your Shadow located in Portland? Are you in Portland? Where are you ? 😄

Right okay, unfortunately Dallas datacentre closed recently for Shadow.. So it'll be in Portland, I guess they don't have GeoIP set up for Texas yet.
