@sharp chasm I've contacted support for a OS repair several hours ago and nobody has responded for the same issue.

Hours are listed in the root of #support-ticket but Mondays are always backed up

Have you tried clicking back to get back to the launcher and going to the question mark in the top menu and from here click "shut down shadow". Wait for it to shut down and open it again.

Usually works for me if this happens 🙂
