#shadow is freezing

Summary: Write a brief summary of what's happening. How can we reproduce it? it just looks awful, ive tried resetting both the quebec and germany one i have, ive tried the 100e version as well and they all still look awful. want to figure out how to improve the graphics, ive done windows update all drivers and even done a tweak pack that ive made myself and use on my actual computer that improved it dramatically

diamondbullet Does the issue happen when you use Shadow on other devices? ive tried 2 different shadow's same issue (one in germany and one in quebec)
diamondbullet Is the issue present on different networks and/or connection types? (Ethernet, 5GHz WiFi, etc.)i only use ethernet
diamondbullet If it's an issue with a game or app, does the issue happen with other software?havent tried any other virtual machine besides shadow

Just because you have good speeds from one location to the Internet doesn’t mean it’ll be global

If you’re from the US connecting to Frankfurt, you will have a horrible experience. You can confirm this by opening the quick menu and looking at your latency (ms). If you’re at the wrong dc, contact support for futher assistance

i have friends who live 20mins from me using the same frankfurt host and it looks nothing like this, and we have the same exact pc

Your friend is then not on the Frankfurt DC

It's simply not possible to have a good experience if you're connecting from the other side of the world to Germany lol in a cloud gaming service
