With Shadow launchers you can't open multiple Shadows on one device. But you could open a few Shadows via https://pc.shadow.tech on differnet tabs.

What's the usecase for having multiple open at once anyways?

You'll have a hard time controlling them.

Especially all on the same device.

As for the browser 3 dots. It's early access, so only certain ones will work. Chrome does.
