Hi. When you mean the Shadow Overlay you could try this:

First close the Shadow Launcher. Then open the MacOS terminal and fill in this:
cd ~/.shadow && open .
Then delete the cef folder and start Shadow again.

Do you mean the Xbox game bar? If yes this will not work. But Shadow Overlay should work
